We provide professional documentation, government liaison, and business support services, including but not limited to:

  • Trade License Services – New applications, renewals, and modifications with expert documentation support.
  • Immigration Services (Dubai & Other Emirates) – Visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and immigration status processing.
  • Labour & Amer Services (All Emirates) – Employment contracts, labour card renewals, and PRO services.
  • Tadbeer Service – Domestic worker visa assistance, renewals, medical tests, Emirates ID processing, and document typing.
  • Ejari & Tenancy Typing – Tenancy contract typing and Ejari registration.
  • Tawjeeh – Contract typing, legal guidance, and MOHRE compliance services.
  • Saudi Visa (Multiple Entry) – Processing of multiple-entry Saudi visas for business and frequent travel.
  • Medical & Health Card – Medical fitness screening and health card issuance.
  • ILOE Insurance – Registration and management of ILOE coverage.
  • Local Pension Services – Registration, contribution management, and compliance for Emirati employees.
  • Corporate VAT & Tax Services – VAT registration, filing, and advisory services.
  • Saudi Bus Transport Services – Transportation arrangements to Saudi Arabia.
  • Oman Bus Transport Services – Transportation arrangements to Oman.

2. Service Engagement

  • All services are subject to the specific requirements and regulations of UAE government authorities and related jurisdictions.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and valid documents as requested for each service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse services if documentation is incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent.

3. Fees & Payments

  • Service fees will be communicated prior to engagement and may vary based on the scope of work, government charges, and urgency.
  • All payments must be made in full before processing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Government fees, fines, and third-party charges are the responsibility of the client unless explicitly included in our quotation.

4. Processing Timeframes

  • Timeframes provided are estimates and depend on government processing speeds, documentation accuracy, and compliance checks.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by government authorities, third parties, or force majeure events.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide truthful and verifiable information.
  • Respond promptly to any requests for additional documentation or clarification.
  • Comply with UAE laws and regulations relevant to the service requested.

6. Disclaimer

  • We act as a facilitator between clients and government bodies but do not have control over final approvals, rejections, or government processing timelines.
  • We make no guarantee of outcome for services that require government approval.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and documents. Your data will be handled in accordance with UAE data protection regulations and will only be shared with relevant government authorities or authorized partners for the completion of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Al Jasr Group shall not be liable for delays beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for rejection of applications by government authorities.
  • We are not responsible for losses arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
